With lockdown restrictions easing, The Scouts are allowing face-to-face meeting again. Therefore, 1st Toton Beavers, Cubs and Scouts will be returning to normal meetings from 12th April 2021.
Following changes in Government and National Youth Agency guidelines and discussions between these two bodies and the Scout Association, we have been informed that we can now re-start face-to-face meetings with our young members. Therefore, 1st Toton Beavers, Cubs and Scouts will be returning to normal meetings from w/c 19th April 2021.
Initially, these meetings must take place ‘outdoors’ but we are expecting an announcment in the next few days which will hopefully enable small groups of young people to meet indoors again later in the month. We are keeping our fingers tightly crossed!
All actiivities will takeplace within a COVID-19 risk-assessed environment as we strive to ensure all our members, both young and not so young, stay safe and well.
